Mahapanchamula Kshira Taila/Sarpi is used for treating facial paralysis, provides strength, and nourishes the body.

- Vatahara (reduces Vata)
- Kapha-Vatahara (reduces Kapha and Vata)

Key ingredients
- Each of the following in equal parts
- Agnimantha root
- Gambhari root
- Patala root
- and Shalaparni root.
Adult dose
50-100 ml of the decoction (kwatha) or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner. Can also be available in tablet/capsule form with dosage depending on the manufacturer.
Pediatric dose
As directed by the physician.
Preparation steps
- Obtain the five roots that constitute Mahapanchamula: Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Patala, and Gambhari.
- Prepare a decoction (kwatha) by boiling the roots in water until reduced.
- Alternatively, process with sesame oil and cow's milk to create Kshira Taila or Kshira Sarpi.
