Adult dose
5 - 10 grams, once or twice a day, before or after food, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
Pediatric dose

Preparation steps
- Collection of authentic herbs.
- Preparation of decoction (kwatha) of specified herbs.
- Mixing the decoction with ghee.
- Heating the mixture until all water content evaporates and only ghee remains, infused with the herbal extracts.
