Preparation steps
- Collection of Ingredients: Gather all the necessary herbal ingredients as per the formulation.
- Preparation of Kashaya (Decoction): Prepare a decoction using prescribed herbs.
- Preparation of Kalka (Paste): Make a fine paste of the specified herbs.
- Ghee Preparation: Combine the ghee, kashaya, and kalka in a suitable vessel.
- Heating and Simmering: Heat the mixture on low flame, stirring occasionally, until all the water content evaporates and only the ghee remains.
- Filtering: Filter the ghee through a clean cloth to remove any solid particles.
- Cooling and Storage: Allow the ghee to cool and store it in an airtight glass container away from sunlight.
