Adult dose
5-10 grams, once or twice a day.

Preparation steps
- Collection of raw materials.
- Preparation of Bala decoction.
- Preparation of herbal paste (Kalka).
- Mixing decoction and herbal paste with ghee.
- Heating and simmering the mixture until all the water evaporates and only ghee remains.
- Filtering the ghee to remove any solid particles.
- Cooling and storing the ghee in airtight containers.
Safety contraindications
- Relatively contraindicated in conditions with excess Kapha or Ama.
