Preparation steps
- Mix honey and rock salt together.
- Add sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
- Add the wet grinded paste of prescribed medicinal plants and mix.
- Add Kwatha (decoction) and churn well in a mixer to produce a homogenous mixture.
