Adult dose
3-6 grams, once or twice a day.

Preparation steps
- Collect the necessary herbs (e.g., Madhuka, etc.).
- Prepare a paste (kalka) of the herbs.
- Obtain high-quality ghee.
- Combine the herbal paste with ghee and a liquid medium (decoction, juice, or milk).
- Heat the mixture in a wide-mouthed vessel over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
- Continue heating until the liquid evaporates and only the ghee remains, with the herbal solids settled at the bottom.
- Filter the ghee to remove the solids.
