Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients: Madhuka (Licorice), Sesame oil, and other herbs as per AFI formulation.
- Prepare a decoction of Madhuka.
- Mix the decoction with sesame oil.
- Boil the mixture over low heat until all water evaporates and only the oil remains.
- Filter the oil and store in a clean, airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in cases of known allergy to any of the ingredients. Exercise caution in individuals with Kapha imbalances.
