Key ingredients
- Tila Taila

Adult dose
1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) once or twice daily.
Pediatric dose
10-30 ml
Preparation steps
- Mix honey and rock salt together.
- Add sesame oil to the mixture.
- Incorporate a fine paste of medicinal plants (Kalka).
- Add a decoction of Ricinus communis (Erandamula Kwatha).
- Thoroughly churn the mixture until it becomes homogenous.
Safety contraindications
- Severe digestive sensitivity, acute diarrhea, or active hemorrhoids.
