A combination of honey and Shigru (Moringa) is used to destroy mature abscesses. It leverages the anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties of both ingredients.

Adult dose

5-10 ml (if juice based) or 3-6 grams (if powder based) mixed with honey

Pediatric dose

Reduce the dose based on age and weight, consult physician

Preparation steps

• Collect fresh Shigru (Moringa oleifera) leaves or stem bark.
• Clean the leaves/bark thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.
• If using leaves, grind them into a paste or powder.
• If using bark, create a decoction by boiling it in water.
• Mix the Shigru paste/powder/decoction with honey.
• Consume as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
