Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Collect fresh Shigru (Moringa oleifera) leaves or stem bark.
- Clean the leaves/bark thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.
- If using leaves, grind them into a paste or powder.
- If using bark, create a decoction by boiling it in water.
- Mix the Shigru paste/powder/decoction with honey.
- Consume as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
