- Vamanopaga (used to aid in emesis during Panchakarma), Kaphaja disorders, Skin diseases (due to Kapha imbalance), Poisoning (as an emetic), Indigestion due to Kapha.

Key ingredients

- reduced to 4 parts.
Adult dose
24-48 ml (approximately 1-2 ounces)
Pediatric dose
Use with caution; reduce adult dose proportionally under strict medical supervision.
Preparation steps
- Collect Madanaphala fruits.
- Dry the Madanaphala fruits.
- Pulp of Madanaphala is taken and crushed.
- Prepare a decoction (kwatha) by boiling the crushed pulp in water.
- Reduce the liquid to one-fourth of its original volume.
- Filter the decoction to remove any solid particles.
