Key ingredients

Adult dose
For internal use: 5-10 ml, once or twice daily, preferably before food. For external use: As needed for massage or application.

Preparation steps
- Take Taila - Sesame oil - Sesamum indicum.
- Add Aranala - Fermented gruel.
- Add Laksha - Laccifer lacca.
- Add Haridra - Turmeric rhizome - Curcuma longa.
- Add Manjishta - Indian Madder (root) - Rubia cordifolia.
- Boil the mixture until all the water is evaporated and only the oil remains.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in cases of acute Pitta flares and open purulent wounds.
