Key ingredients
- Kutaja bark
- Guda
- Water
Adult dose
5-10 grams
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 grams
Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction of Kutaja.
- Filter the decoction to remove any solid particles.
- Add sugar to the decoction and heat until it dissolves completely.
- Continue heating the mixture until it thickens to the consistency of an electuary (Leha).
- Allow it to cool.
- Add honey and any other prescribed ingredients.
- Mix well and store in an airtight container.
