Key ingredients
- Kushmanda juice 1 part
- Pippali powder 1/4 part
- Madhu 1/2 part
- Sharkara 1/4 part
- Ghee small quantity
Adult dose
10-20 ml
Pediatric dose
5-10 grams
Preparation steps
- Ash gourd is cut into pieces, skin and seeds are removed, boiled in small quantity of water, squeezed to obtain juice.
- The pulp is fried in ghee.
- The juice is added with the fried pulp and sugar.
- It is further heated to semisolid consistency.
- Then fine powder of ingredients from Pippali to Coriander are added and mixed well to form homogeneous mixture.
- After cooling down, honey is added and mixed well.
