Adult dose
5-10 ml (approximately 1-2 teaspoons) once or twice daily.
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 grams
Preparation steps
- Boil milk in a stainless steel vessel over mild fire.
- Allow the milk to cool naturally.
- Churn the cream from the milk using a wooden churner.
- Collect the butter formed during churning.
- Heat the collected butter over mild fire for 2-3 minutes to obtain Milk Ghee (Kshira Sarpi).
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in conditions with high cholesterol or Ama (undigested toxins).
