Kshira Shatpalaka Ghrita is a medicated ghee used for the treatment of abdominal lumps (Gulma) and digestive disorders. It contains Pippali, Pippalimoola, Chavya, Chitraka, Shunti & Yavakshara.

5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) once or twice daily.

Preparation steps
- Ghrita murchana (processing of ghee) is done by boiling raw ghrita with herbs and liquid to remove impurities.
- Prepare kalka (paste) with Pippali, Pippali mula, Chavya, Chitraka, Nagara, and Yavakshara.
- Add kalka to the mixture of ghee and milk, then boil until sneha siddhi lakshana (signs of proper ghee preparation) appears.
Safety contraindications
- People with diabetes, high cholesterol, heart diseases and high BP should exercise precaution.
