Adult dose
1-3 grams, once or twice a day.
Pediatric dose
0.5-1 gram with warm water or honey (Adjusted based on age and weight)
Preparation steps
- Take equal parts of Long pepper (Piper longum), Black pepper (Piper nigrum), and Ginger (Zingiber officinale).
- Dry all the ingredients separately to remove moisture.
- Grind them together into a fine powder.
- Sieve the powder to remove any impurities.
- Store in an airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Not recommended for pregnant women, lactating mothers and children without proper medical guidance. Avoid in conditions of severe ulcers or bleeding disorders.
