Adult dose
5-10 grams
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 grams with warm milk or water (Adjusted based on age and weight)
Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction (Kashaya) using prescribed herbs.
- Melt the ghee in a pan.
- Add the herbal decoction to the melted ghee.
- Cook on low heat until all the water evaporates and only the ghee remains, infused with the herbs.
- Filter the ghee through a clean cloth to remove any solid particles.
- Allow the ghee to cool and store in an airtight container.
