1-3 grams, once or twice a day.

Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Purify (Shodhana) the mineral ingredients like Kasisa, Haritala, Manashila, Gandhaka, Tutthaka and Guggulu.
- Make a fine powder of herbal ingredients.
- Levigate Ashuddha Kasisa with Bhringaraja (Eclipta alba) Swarasa (expressed juice) for 3 times, then dry under sunlight until completely devoid of moisture content.
- Mix the herbal and mineral powders together in a copper vessel with Ghrita (clarified butter).
- Add ingredients like Rasanjana, Sindura and Sarala.
- Keep the copper vessel with the mixture in sun rays for an average of 8.5 hours daily for 7 days (Bhanupaka method) or heat with Agni (Agnipaka method).
