Key ingredients
- Kashmari fruit 1 part
- Madhuka root 1 part
- Sharkara 4 parts
- Madhu 2 parts
- Draksha fruit 1 part
Adult dose
10-20 ml, twice daily
Pediatric dose
Adjusted based on age and severity.
Preparation steps
- Collect the necessary ingredients.
- Clean and prepare the herbs.
- If a decoction (Kwatha) is being prepared, boil the herbs in water until the liquid is reduced to a quarter of its original volume.
- Strain the liquid to remove any solid particles.
- Allow the liquid to cool down slightly before consumption.
