Adult dose
5-10 grams
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 grams twice daily, adjusted for age
Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction (kwatha) using specified herbs.
- Filter the decoction to remove any solid particles.
- Add Karanjadi powder to the decoction.
- Add ghee to the mixture.
- Cook the mixture over low heat until all the water evaporates and only the ghee remains.
- Filter the ghee through a clean cloth to remove any remaining solid particles.
- Allow the ghee to cool and store it in an airtight container.
