Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Collect fresh Karanja seeds.
- Dry the seeds under sunlight for several days.
- Grind the dried seeds into a coarse powder.
- Extract the oil from the powdered seeds using a cold-press method or traditional oil extraction methods (e.g., Ghani).
- Filter the extracted oil to remove any solid particles.
- Store the oil in a clean, airtight container away from direct sunlight and heat.
