Preparation steps
- Add Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum) to water, boil and reduce to a decoction.
- Filter the decoction.
- Add Guduchi, Chavya, Chitraka, Musta, Karkatashrungi, Trikatu Churna, Dhanvayasa, Bharngi, Rasna, Shati, Sugar, Ghee and Sesame oil to the decoction.
- Heat the mixture until a semisolid consistency is obtained.
- Remove from heat and add fine powder of Vamshalochana (Bambusa bambos) and Long pepper.
