Preparation steps
- Collection of raw materials and authentication.
- Preparation of Kashaya (decoction) with specified herbs.
- Addition of jaggery or sugar.
- Addition of fermenting agent (Dhataki flowers).
- Addition of spices (Prakshepa Dravyas).
- Fermentation in a closed vessel for a specified period (15-45 days).
- Filtration and storage in bottles.
