Key ingredients
- Vidari
- Jeevanti
- Bala
- and other Vata pacifying herbs - equal parts
- total quantity approximately 1/16th of Ghrita
- Kanda (Bulbous roots, likely of Shatavari
- Kshira
- Ghrita
- Kalkadravyas
- Ashwagandha
Adult dose
5-10 ml (approximately 1-2 teaspoons)

Preparation steps
- Collection of herbs
- Cleaning and drying of herbs
- Preparation of Kalka (paste) using prescribed herbs
- Mixing of Kalka with specified quantity of milk and ghee
- Heating the mixture until all the water evaporates and only ghee remains
- Filtering the ghee to remove any solid particles
- Cooling and storing the ghee in airtight containers
