Preparation steps
- Collect the required herbs and dry them properly.
- Grind the herbs to make a fine powder.
- Pour the required quantity of water into an Asava vessel.
- Add sugar and honey to it and stir well.
- Add crushed Draksha and Dhataki powder to the water mixture.
- Add all the herbal ingredients one by one with continuous stirring.
- Close the mouth of the vessel with a cotton cloth.
- Leave the mixture untouched for 30 days.
- After completion of the fermentation process, filter and decant the liquid in amber-colored glass bottles for future use.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to lack of safety data. Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
