Adult dose

15-30 ml

Preparation steps

• Collect the required herbs and dry them properly.
• Grind the herbs to make a fine powder.
• Pour the required quantity of water into an Asava vessel.
• Add sugar and honey to it and stir well.
• Add crushed Draksha and Dhataki powder to the water mixture.
• Add all the herbal ingredients one by one with continuous stirring.
• Close the mouth of the vessel with a cotton cloth.
• Leave the mixture untouched for 30 days.
• After completion of the fermentation process, filter and decant the liquid in amber-colored glass bottles for future use.

Safety contraindications

• Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to lack of safety data. Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
