Preparation steps
- Select herbs and ingredients based on their therapeutic properties.
- Pre-treat Ghrita with Murchana process.
- Infuse the selected herbs in the ghee.
- Heat the ghee gently to allow the herbs to release their medicinal properties.
- Process the ghee and herbs over a period of time, ensuring that the active constituents of the herbs infuse completely into the ghee.
- Strain the ghee after the herbs have been infused.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid high doses in heavy Kapha individuals prone to obesity. Pregnant women should use only under professional care.
