Adult dose
5-10 grams (approximately 1-2 teaspoons)

Preparation steps
- Collection of Jivaniya Gana herbs.
- Preparation of decoction (kwatha) of Jivaniya herbs.
- Murchana (processing) of ghee with Haritaki, Amalaki, Bibhitaki, Nagarmotha, Haridra, and Nimbu swarasa.
- Addition of Kalka Dravya (paste) in specific ratio.
- Addition of Godugdha (cow's milk).
- Heating the mixture until Sneha Siddhi Lakshana (signs of proper ghee preparation) are observed.
- Filtering the Ghrita while still hot (approximately 80 degC) through a muslin cloth.
- Allowing the Ghrita to cool and then packing it tightly in glass containers to protect from light and moisture.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in cases of known allergy to any of the ingredients, acute fever, or severe indigestion.
