Preparation steps
- Gather necessary ingredients: Jivanti, cow's milk, ghee, Prapaundarika, Kakoli, Kshirakakoli, Pippali, Lodhra, Saindhava lavana, Shatahva, Madhuka, Draksha, Sita, Daruharidra, and Triphala.
- Prepare a decoction of Jivanti by boiling it in water and reducing it to a specified quantity.
- Combine the Jivanti decoction, cow's milk, and ghee in a suitable vessel.
- Add the remaining ingredients in paste form.
- Heat the mixture until the herbal ghee is prepared, ensuring adherence to Ayurvedic principles.
- Filter out the solid waste.
