Adult dose
25-50 ml (approximately 1-2 ounces) once or twice daily.
Pediatric dose
Not generally recommended for children
Preparation steps
- Collect fresh Jambu fruits.
- Extract the juice from the Jambu fruits.
- Add other ingredients as per classical reference.
- Allow natural fermentation to occur over a specific period.
- Monitor the fermentation process for desired alcohol content and taste.
- Filter the Shidhu to remove any solid particles.
- Store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place.
