Preparation steps
- Procure authentic Haritaki fruits.
- Wash the fruits thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris.
- Dry the fruits under shade until they are completely devoid of moisture.
- Grind the dried fruits into a fine powder using a grinder or mortar and pestle.
- Sieve the powder to obtain a uniform particle size.
- Store the Haritaki powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
