Preparation steps
- Collection of raw materials.
- Cleaning and drying of Haritaki and other herbs.
- Coarsely powder the ingredients.
- Boil the powdered herbs in water.
- Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
- Add jaggery and honey.
- Seal the container and allow fermentation for 15-30 days.
- Filter the Arishta.
- Pack the Arishta in airtight containers.
