Adult dose
5-10 ml once or twice a day
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 grams
Preparation steps
- Take all the ingredients of Hapushadi Ghrita.
- Clean, dry, and grind the solid ingredients into a fine powder.
- Mix the powdered ingredients with water to create a paste.
- Add the paste to the ghee and cook on low heat.
- Continue stirring until all the moisture has evaporated and only the ghee remains.
- Filter the ghee through a clean cloth to remove any solid particles.
- Allow the ghee to cool and store it in an airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Not recommended for patients with acute diarrhea or dysentery.
