Key ingredients
- Guda equal to the total weight of all herbs. All ingredients are in powder form.
- Triphala equal parts
- Trikatu equal parts
- Vidanga half the quantity of Triphala
- Chitrak half the quantity of Trikatu
Adult dose
1-2 gutikas, twice or thrice daily
Pediatric dose
1 tablet
Preparation steps
- Dry the herbal ingredients separately.
- Powder each ingredient finely.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add a binding agent like gum acacia or starch.
- Triturate with a suitable liquid (e.g., water, honey, or herbal juice) to form a paste.
- Roll the paste into small pills or tablets.
- Dry the pills in the shade.
