Ghrtapoora is similar to Ghrta Pura; a sweet, ghee-fried bread considered a part of the diet in managing Shiro Roga (head disorders).

Preparation steps
- Gather all the necessary ingredients: ghee, wheat flour/rice flour, sugar/jaggery, cardamom, nuts (almonds, cashews), raisins, and any other desired flavouring agents.
- Melt the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat.
- Add the wheat flour or rice flour to the melted ghee and roast it until it turns golden brown and aromatic, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- Incorporate sugar or jaggery into the mixture and stir until it completely dissolves.
- Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts (almonds, cashews) and raisins.
- Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Shape the mixture into desired forms such as small cakes or balls.
- Allow the Ghrtapoora to cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
- Consume fresh or store for later use.
