Key ingredients
- Haritaki fruit
- Amalaki fruit
- Bibhitaki fruit
Adult dose
3-6 grams, once or twice daily.
Pediatric dose
1-3 grams
Preparation steps
- Procure authentic and high-quality fruits (Amalaki, Bibhitaki, Haritaki).
- Wash the fruits thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.
- Dry the fruits under hygienic conditions, either in sunlight or using a dehydrator, until completely moisture-free.
- Grind each fruit separately into a fine powder using a grinder or mortar and pestle.
- Weigh equal proportions of each fruit powder (e.g., 100g each).
- Mix the three powders thoroughly to ensure a homogenous mixture.
- Store the final Fruit-Trika powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry, and dark place.
