Key ingredients

Adult dose

Pediatric dose

Preparation steps
- Collection of fresh Amalaki fruits.
- Washing and cleaning the fruits to remove any impurities.
- Cutting the fruits into small pieces.
- For juice: Crushing the pieces to extract the juice.
- For powder: Drying the fruit pieces under sunlight or in a dehydrator.
- Grinding the dried pieces into a fine powder.
- Sieving the powder to obtain a uniform consistency.
- Storing the juice or powder in airtight containers in a cool, dry place.
