1-3 grams

As per physician. Consider age, strength, digestive capacity, and disease state. Generally, reduce adult dose based on age.
Preparation steps
- Gather all the ingredients required for Elayugma formulation.
- Clean and prepare the herbs by drying them appropriately.
- If using fresh herbs, extract the juice or prepare a decoction.
- For oil-based preparation, heat the base oil (e.g., sesame oil) in a large vessel.
- Add the herbal extracts or powdered herbs to the heated oil.
- Maintain a simmer and stir the mixture continuously to avoid burning.
- Continue heating until all the moisture evaporates and only the oil remains.
- Filter the oil through a clean cloth to remove any solid particles.
- Allow the oil to cool down completely.
- Store the prepared Elayugma oil in a clean, airtight container, away from sunlight and moisture.
