Adult dose
5-10 ml for internal use (if indicated), or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician. For external use, apply liberally and gently massage into the affected area.

Preparation steps
- Gather all necessary ingredients as per the formulation.
- Prepare a paste (Kalka) of the herbs specified in the formulation.
- If the formulation requires a decoction (Kwatha), prepare it separately by boiling the herbs in water and reducing it to the specified quantity.
- Take Murchita Tila Taila (sesame oil processed to remove impurities) in a wide-mouthed vessel.
- Add the herbal paste (Kalka) and decoction (Kwatha, if applicable) to the sesame oil.
- Heat the mixture on a mild flame, stirring continuously.
- Continue heating until all the liquid evaporates, and only the oil remains.
- Check for 'Siddha Lakshanas' (signs of proper oil preparation) as described in classical texts.
- Filter the oil through a clean cloth while it is still warm.
- Store the oil in a clean, dry, and airtight glass container.
