- Duralabha

Adult dose
12-24 ml
Pediatric dose
5-10 ml (diluted)
Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients: Duralabha, Amalaki, Danti, Chitraka, and Haritaki.
- Boil the ingredients: Add the ingredients to four dronas of water and reduce to one drona.
- Cool the decoction.
- Add Dhataki flowers and sugar.
- Seal the container and allow fermentation in Asava Fermentation Unit.
- Monitor the fermentation process for about 30 days.
- Filter the Asava.
- Test and store in airtight containers.
Safety contraindications
- Pregnancy, lactation, and children below 5 years of age. Avoid in individuals with severe gastritis or ulcers during acute exacerbation.
