Key ingredients
- Duralabha 1 part
- Patha 1 part
- Musta 1 part
- Pippali 1 part
- Katuki 1 part
- Chitraka 1 part
- Shunthi 1 part
Adult dose
Decoction: 50-100 ml once or twice a day. Powder: 3-6 grams once or twice a day.
Pediatric dose
10-20 ml twice daily
Preparation steps
- Collect the specified herbs.
- Clean and dry the herbs thoroughly.
- Combine the herbs in the prescribed proportions.
- Boil the mixture in water to reduce to a quarter of its original volume.
- Filter the decoction to remove solid particles.
- Cool and store in a clean container.
Safety contraindications
- Contraindicated in Pitta dominant fever or bleeding disorders.
