Key ingredients
- Duralabha
- quantity as needed for decoction or powder.
Adult dose
Decoction: 25-50 ml, once or twice a day. Powder: 1-3 grams, once or twice a day.
Pediatric dose
1-3 grams (powder or decoction)
Preparation steps
- Collect the Duralabha plant.
- Clean the plant material to remove any dirt or debris.
- Dry the plant material in a shaded area.
- For decoction: Boil a specified quantity of dried Duralabha in water until reduced to one-fourth.
- For powder: Grind the dried plant material into a fine powder.
- Store the decoction or powder in an airtight container.
