- Yashtimadhu - 1/4 part
- Sharkara - 1/2 part
- Madhu
- Draksha - 1 part
Adult dose
12-24 ml
Pediatric dose
25-50 ml
Preparation steps
- Take all the ingredients in coarse powder form.
- Prepare a decoction with water (typically 1 part herbs to 16 parts water).
- Boil the mixture until it is reduced to one-eighth.
- Filter the decoction with a clean cloth.
- Preserve for further use.
