Preparation steps
- Collect fresh Amla fruits.
- Extract the juice of Amla fruits.
- Filter the Amla juice to remove any solid particles.
- Heat the Amla juice in a stainless steel vessel.
- Add sugar or jaggery to the juice while heating and stir continuously.
- Continue heating and stirring until the mixture thickens to a semi-solid consistency.
- Add powdered spices like cardamom and cinnamon (if included in the formulation) towards the end.
- Allow the Avaleha to cool down.
- Store the Avaleha in a clean, airtight glass jar.

- May not be suitable for individuals with severe digestive weakness or certain acute inflammatory conditions.
