Key ingredients
- Dashamoola 480g
- Ghrita 768g
- Water 3.072 liters
Adult dose
5-10 ml
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 ml (adjust based on age and weight)
Preparation steps
- Prepare a decoction using Dashamoola herbs (Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Patala, Gambhari, Brihati, Kantakari, Gokshura, Shalaparni, Prishniparni).
- Make a paste of the specified herbs.
- Heat Murchita Ghee in a stainless steel vessel.
- Add the herbal paste to the heated ghee and stir continuously.
- Introduce the Dashamoola decoction to the mixture.
- Continue heating until all moisture evaporates and only the ghee remains.
- Filter the Ghrita through a clean cloth.
- Allow it to cool and then store in a tightly closed container, protected from light and moisture.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in cases of acute fever, indigestion, or diarrhea.
