Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Gather all the ingredients as per the classical formulation.
- Wash and clean the Amalaki fruits thoroughly.
- Steam or boil the Amalaki fruits until they become soft.
- Remove the seeds and pulp the Amalaki.
- Prepare a decoction of Dashamoola and other herbs as per the formulation.
- Strain the decoction and cook with Amalaki pulp.
- Add sugar or jaggery and cook until it reaches a semi-solid consistency.
- Incorporate ghee, honey, and powdered spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and saffron.
- Mix all the ingredients well to form a homogenous mixture.
- Allow the mixture to cool down completely.
- Store the Chyawanprasha in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
