Eye Powder (Curana Anajana)

Modern description

Churna Anjana is a powdered eye medicine used to improve vision and treat various eye ailments by balancing the doshas. It is applied to the inner eyelids to promote eye health.

Purpose

Destroys all eye diseases.

Indications

• Netra Roga (eye diseases), especially Kapha related eye disorders, conjunctivitis (early stages), corneal opacity (early stages), itching in the eyes, as a general eye tonic.

Adult dose

Preparation steps

• Collect all the ingredients.
• Dry and powder each ingredient separately.
• Mix all the powdered ingredients in the specified ratio.
• Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to ensure uniformity and remove any coarse particles.
• Store the powder in an airtight container, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
