Adult dose
1-2 pills (250mg - 500mg) once or twice daily.
Pediatric dose
1/2-1 tablet, once or twice a day
Preparation steps
- Gather all the ingredients listed in the formulation.
- Clean and dry the ingredients thoroughly.
- Powder each ingredient separately using a mortar and pestle or a mechanical grinder.
- Sieve the powders through a fine mesh to ensure uniformity.
- Mix all the powdered ingredients together in the specified proportions.
- Add a binding agent, such as gum acacia or starch paste, to the mixture to form a dough-like consistency.
- Roll the dough into small, uniform-sized pills (Gutikas).
- Dry the pills in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight until they are completely dry.
- Store the dried pills in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
