Adult dose

2.5-5 grams, once or twice a day
Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction of coarse powder of ingredients.
- Add jaggery to the mixed decoction, boil till it dissolves and filter.
- Add Haritaki powder and boil again with continuous stirring till it forms semisolid consistency.
- Add fine powder of rest of the ingredients, mix well to prepare homogeneous mass.
- Allow the mixture to cool down, then add honey and mix well.
- Pack it in a tightly closed container.
