Key ingredients
- Ghee 1 part
- Sesame Oil 1 part
- Muscle fat 1 part
- Bone marrow 1 part.
Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Gather equal parts of Ghee (clarified butter), Taila (sesame oil), Vasa (muscle fat), and Majja (bone marrow).
- Ensure all ingredients are of high quality and sourced from trusted suppliers.
- Melt the Ghee, Taila, Vasa, and Majja separately.
- Combine the melted ingredients in a clean, stainless steel pot.
- Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously.
- Maintain a gentle simmer until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and a homogenous mixture is achieved.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh cloth to remove any impurities.
- Store in a clean, airtight glass container in a cool, dark place.
Safety contraindications
- Not recommended for those with indigestion, acute fever, or during pregnancy without medical supervision.
