A medicated oil used for purgation and skin disorders, containing sesame oil and other herbs. It is used in Vata disorders, weakness, infertility and emaciation.

Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients as per the formulation.
- Ensure the sesame seeds are of good quality and unroasted.
- Clean and dry the sesame seeds.
- Press the sesame seeds using a traditional wooden wheel (ghani) to extract the oil.
- Filter the oil to remove any impurities.
- Add other herbal ingredients to the sesame oil.
- Heat the mixture gently, stirring continuously.
- Maintain a constant temperature during the heating process.
- Continue heating until all the moisture evaporates and only the oil remains.
- Allow the oil to cool down completely.
- Filter the oil again using a clean cloth or filter paper.
- Store the oil in a clean, airtight container away from direct sunlight.
